Neilcott Construction were appointed to construct an exciting new church building to provide high quality and up to date facilities for the important community activities provided by the church. The existing inadequate and poor quality church building will be demolished to allow a new church building to be constructed on the site, with associated landscaped grounds and improved parking.
The new church building is sited approximately on the footprint of the existing church building, but utilises a two storey design plus a pavilion in the roof zone to optimise the use of the site and provide a variety of spaces better suited for the current uses of the building.
There will be a new, welcoming entrance foyer, church café, commercial kitchen/ servery, flexible worship space, meeting rooms, and associated toilet provision at ground floor level, with flexible meeting/teaching spaces and associated toilet facilities at first floor level, with offices, prayer room and art studio at the roof level.
