Contract Award: King Offa & Norman Close – Neilcott’s Regional Office in Hemel Hempstead has secured another new contract, this time for the design and construction of 14 new sustainable timber frame homes, on the site of the former King Offa public house, which closed in 2015.
The scheme in the Cottonmill area of St Albans, will provide much needed, new larger affordable homes for social rent for St Albans City & District Council and signals a positive restart of the stalled scheme on this site.
