Investing in people: building skills and careers
We collaborate with our supply chain and local organisations to create employment opportunities, apprenticeships and work experience placements – upskilling local people. We offer targeted support for individuals facing employment barriers, helping them develop essential skills and succeed in their careers.

Strengthening communities
Building homes, schools and hospitals puts people at the heart of our work. On every project, we actively support local causes through staff volunteering and charitable donations.
