Central Somers Town Community Facilities and housing by Adam Khan Architects
Part of Camden’s Community Investment Programme, Neilcott was appointed as Principal Contractor to oversee design and build activities on the first two of the Central Somers Town Regeneration masterplan’s four development phases. This included Somers Town Community Hub, a construction of a six-storey building, housing a children’s nursery and community play facility on the ground floor, with 10 affordable housing units above.
Edith Neville Primary School by Hayhurst and Co
Part two of the Central Somers Town Regeneration, involved the construction of the new two-storey Edith Neville Primary School. This included the demolition of the adjacent existing school, a new playground and MUGA pitch put in and associated landscaping works.
National Youth Theatre by DSDHA
Part of a major renovation to the National Youth Theatre’s Holloway Road building in North London, this essential upgrade by award-winning architects DSDHA enhances facilities to create a National Creative Production House.
Sandpit Place by PETER BARBER ARCHITECTS LIMITED
Within this residential development consisting of 32 new houses, we worked closely with the project’s original architect Peter Barber and client, Meridian Home Start, to provide high-quality affordable homes to rent, for local working families.
