We are pleased to have been appointed by City of London to undertake the fit out works at City of London Junior School. City of London School for Girls are looking to expand by relocating and converting their current prep school into a junior school on a satellite site. The satellite site is located at the old College of Law buildings and offers 24,000 sq. ft planned over part basement, ground and three upper floors and includes a passenger lift.
The project aims to expand the school to allow for 3 forms of entry for years 3-6 and provide additional facilities to support the school in continuing to deliver first-rate, sector leading education in the heart of the City.
The project will provide 12 classrooms, learning resource centre, DT & food technology space, a science lab, library, offices, nurse’s room, staff social & workroom, reception, meeting room, storage, changing facilities, WCs, and ICT facilities. We were appointed to complete the structural works last year and have been on site since November 2021, so we are delighted to be able to see the project through to completion.
