As part of our newly introduced corporate volunteering provision, Neilcott were happy to visit Bromley Borough Foodbank (Trussell Trust Network) this month to give our support and take part in the brilliant initiative that helps local people get back on their feet.
Neilcott volunteers helped put together emergency food parcels for people in crisis in the hashtag#BromleyBorough, and we were delighted to contribute donations collected from our office staff, site staff & subcontractors.
As a result, our donations added up to a whopping total of 283 kg! ✨
Thank you to everyone who has donated and gotten involved in volunteering – Including Neilcott Team Members Faye Stapleton, Jack Butler, Jacob Parks, Hattie Horlock, Giles Lincoln, Chris Ryall, Darren Warner, Stuart Drake, paul wright & Jenny Bignell. A huge thank you also for all of the food donations and monetary donations from our brilliant subcontractors AJ Hills Ltd, JTL FIRE LIMITED, FOMAC Construction Ltd, ECO BRICKWORK LIMITED, Goldcrest Roofing Services, LANDWORTH ELECTRICS LIMITED, LEONARI Ltd.
With 1 in 5 of the UK population living below the poverty line, Bromley Borough Foodbank has worked tirelessly to help local people, delivering over 68k emergency food parcels since it opened in 2010.
